A Date To Remember

September 11th 2001. This date is a massive part of the story of the world. 10 years later, an event took place that is a massive part of my own story…

September 11th 2011. I had made the decision to publicly show my obedience to God – through the act of baptism. This meant that I was willing to convey to the world of my commitment to following God.

So how have the last seven years been since making that declaration?  Obviously, life is full of ups and downs, and it has not been easy. But God doesn’t promise us easy. God gives us mountains so we can get higher with a better view. Some days are easier than others. Some days we feel lonely, but we have to remember that we are not alone and that He promises to walk through life with us, going before us to fight our battles.
